What is the best way to earn passive income? After reading Rich Dad, Poor Dad and embarking on a few ventures including buying a rental property, designing a board game, and joining www.ytbinterest.com, I find myself looking for more opportunities. What other opportunities for passive income are out there ?
Any good writing websites out there? I work as a freelance writer from home and am currently trying to expand my repertoire of clients. Can anyone suggest a few decent websites that pay well? I'm mostly interested in sites offering up-front pay, but opportunities for passive income sites are welcome.
What are the best arbitrage, reselling opportunities? Please don't post links to spam sites, I'm not looking for easy get rich, passive income or work from home surveys, nor am I doing to do MLM. If a person has $1000, $5000, $10,000 What would the best products to retail and resell? I'm not looking to rent any additional storage or office.
What types of online business opportunities are scams? I have heard so much about different types of online business "schemes", such as MLM, pyramid schemes, etc. that my head is spinning. I would like to work from home, at least part time, and want one that would generate passive/residual income. What should I avoid?
How do I determine my percentage of ownership in a partnership? A friend of mine works for a franchisor (corporate office). My friend has the opportunity to purchase two local franchises. One of the locations is poorly managed and the other location-the owner is ready to retire. My friend has $60K in personal cash and the total price to acquire both locations is $350K. He does not have enough cash on hand to secure bank financing. I want to discuss with my friend the opportunity of becoming a passive owner, whereby I own less than 20% of the business. I do not want to guarantee any bank debt, so that is why it is critical I remain less than 20% owner. If my friend uses $40K of his own money towards down payment and I inject $60K of my money, How should I go about determining what my percentage of ownership should be? This helps him secure bank financing and it helps me have ownership and earn passive income. I appreciate answers from those that have experience with this. Your thoughts are greatly appreciated.
Staying in South Korea on an extended tourist visa? What is it like to live there? I know a regular tourist visa allows a stay of up to 59 days. Is there a tourist visa that will allow me to stay in the country for up to 6 months to a year? I don't intend to work or violate the conditions of a tourist visa. I live in the Philippines with a Philippine passport and I'm planning to quit my job soon. I have regular passive income from the lease of a property. My boyfriend works as an ESL teacher and he wants me to live with him in Korea. We are not rushing into marriage just yet and we'll just take this opportunity as a test run to see if it works and if I'll like living in Korea. I've only stayed in South Korea for a few weeks at a time. He's worried that I will be bored from lack of anything to do. How is it like to live there semi permanently? Can I get a visa that will allow me to stay longer? Traveling back and forth every 2 months seems impractical and expensive. Thank you.
Steps to becoming independently wealthy? Hi, I am 28 and have not been contributing any money to savings until recently. I Have no credit card debt, approximately $14000 in debt to two vehicle payments, I rent an apartment. I am currently putting all the money I make at my part time job, around $650 per month to paying off my motorcycle which is about $4000. After that I plan on putting the part time job money and the money I was paying on the bike toward the car. I also plan on using my income tax return money toward paying off the car. The goal is to be completely debt free in about 14 months, then I plan to save all the money from the vehicles and the part time job which is about $1155 per month. Now I wonder what steps I need to accomplish to reach my goal of becoming Independently wealthy. I currently have a goal of $35000 per year. What are the best steps? I want to purchase a home and get it paid off as soon as possible, I am married and have two children and want to be able to afford some pleasures. After I pay off my debt, I theoretically could save about $14000 per year. Using my income tax and this savings, I could have a house paid for in about five or six years. Then I could use the money I was paying on a mortgage to save as well, about 600 more dollars bringing my potential monthly savings up to about $1755 per month making about $21000 per year. Is this a good plan? It is a rough plan, I have contemplated starting a small business eventually or perhaps investing in rental properties. I Wish to continue to work but simultaneously generate a nice passive income that allows me to invest in other opportunities like funding my retirement, college for the kids, ect. What would be best for me based on my goals, age and amount I can save? I only have two vehicles, a four door car for my wife and the kids and i have a ninja 250...
Which of these 3 sites do you recommend most? (e-Business Only)? I'm 26 years old and pride myself on being an Entreprenuer and an Internet Marketer. I have wasted thousands on home business schemes and am now engaged and trying to create a real ebusiness that works. I am torn between 3 websites that offer what I am looking for in a home business: 6StepNicheSites.com - A Free guide that teaches you how to make niche blog sites that make you passive income through Adsense and Affiliate programs. SiteBuildIt.com - A complete Business In A Box program that teaches you everything about ebusiness and has all the tools to help you build a legit niche business online. FirePow.com - A brand new time saving system that allows you to put up tons of niche blog sites and make money through Adsense and Affiliate programs. Basically I wish I could do all of them but I'm under a lot of pressure to start something and I don't like wishy washy crap...if I make a decision I like to go all the way. So please if you have any insight into these 3 sites please let me know what you recommend. Finally...DO NOT post links to outside schemes or opportunities. I am ONLY interested in the ones listed here. Please also answer ONLY if you have real working knowledge! Thanks!
Not sure what to do...? I'm 18 years old, I'm 1 year behind in High school (Not because of failed grades but due to absence from a trip to brazil) I'm ambitious, but I find myself very lazy at times. I currently volunteer at a high end gym, work part-time (and earn more than $13 an hour + bonuses) At every passing day my urge to start projects for organizations, or business grows stronger, while my attention in school diminishes. I had plan's to attend a respectable university for a Bachelors of Commerce degree, but my slipping grades caused by my inability to pay attention in class is causing me to think outside of the box in regards on what to do with my life. I've learned multiple ways to create investment vehicles that can give better than average passive income, I have interest to learn much about business hands on, but in my accounting class my attention span to create fake business portfolios (bob's tires Balance sheet) takes a toll on my desire to be focused. I feel I'm a much more hand's on type of guy who desires to learn from failure, and grow to become successful in my future investments and business opportunities. However, at every corner I am pressured to "take it safe" and go to a university and get a degree to get a "safe" job so I can be "secure". Everyone in my family has never graduated from higher education and my mother migrated to North America alone with me (a baby) for a better future. So I feel not taking that higher education is something my family would take negatively. After high school should I just work and strive hands on? or continue with secondary education and tackle having a lot of debt? Im looking for the perspective of someone who has graduated from a Business School or attained a secondary education in the field of business, my questions to you are What steps did you take after your secondary education? What are your next steps today? What is your career, salary, and debt levels What do you see for yourself in the next 10 years? _______________________________________________________________ For those who haven't taken secondary education, but had the idea to be involved in business. What was your steps after high school? What is your current position (financially) What do you plan for yourself? ___________________________________________________ For both of you (that match the description) above. Let me know about yourself, doesn't have to be personal. But ... why did you choose what you did? Thanks for your time guys.

I'm confused, please help? I'm 28 and a recent grad. all my life I worked hard to get my education and be where I am now [although jobless i held impressive internships before]. All I want in life is a decent income, taking care of my parents, and a good loving husband. All people around me seem to be competing for the "perfect" life, that life with 200,000+ income, buying a house, buying a new car, excelling in their jobs. Okay alright, that's fine, but I hate it when they come to me and say you got to have more goals than decent income and love of my family. Yes, I want to make money, but what is important to me is making enough money to guarantee my family and I a comfortable living. am i too passive am I unrealistic for not joining this rat race. I'm also religious and I believe that I should always strive to be the best but at the same time not to the point where I drive myself crazy or be cold blooded to get what I want like my friends. sometimes, I feel like I'm useless for not having that hard knock outlook in life, yes, I've been through alot, but when I come through a challenge I don't let it drain me, I see it as an opportunity for improvement not only that but people that hurt me the most i never hurt them back, in fact, I'm always thankful that god put them in my path in life so I can grow and learn from the experience and I simply get them out of my life.
